The cost savings associated with prefabrication are extensive and it's you, the customer, that reaps the benefit. Our prefabricated “Turnkey” buildings are currently constructed on our premises in Picton.

We have established a working partnership in Christchurch enabling our clients to purchase “Turnkey” buildings destined for the Canterbury and Southern regions. This has enabled us to construct buildings that are “road suitable” for relocation throughout the entire South island

We offer an array of end-use buildings including Cabins, Offices, and Ablution Blocks. The scope is very wide, we have recently constructed a commercial kitchen and café serving facility which were barged into the Marlborough sounds and craned onto site.

All our buildings are built to the latest codes and building consents are acquired prior to construction.

There is some flexibility with materials used for cladding, window joinery and roofing and we will assist you in making the right and most cost-effective choice. It is important to bear in mind that staying within our “Standard Cabin Builds Envelope” you will see cost advantages as we have carefully designed them to optimise the usage of materials and minimize wastage. Having said that there is ample room for a change in the overall look as we can work with variations in external cladding and window / door joinery which will have little impact on the overall cost.
